Here are some Pro Tips on how to work through stress in a healthy way this holiday/application season:
- If you have a smart phone, USE IT! Calendar and reminder apps= Valuable Tools
- SLEEP! The average teenager should sleep 8-9 hours every night
- Be Resourceful- work smarter not harder! Teachers/faculty are fantastic resources
- BREAKFAST: proven to be the first and most important meal of the day!
