Demand is great for trained Human Services professionals.  Counselors, Social Workers, Rehabilitation fields, Hospitals, Geriatric Service and Care fields, and all avenues of education and educational support are just a few of the career possibilities. There are also excellent opportunities here for students who want to explore running their own business.

Interested in education? We run a fully functional pre-school! Learn foundational educational techniques and skill training, and explore learning through challenging work in cognitive development psychology.

You'll build foundational skills to pursue any Human Services career here. Who knows where that might lead you.

ON-SITE PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM

During their first year in the program, opportunities for students include teaching in our state licensed, on-site preschool program. Observe and work with pre-school children!

LEARN DIRECT OBSERVATIONAL SKILLS

Explore direct observational techniques and to apply them pedagogical and emotional development of children.

CREATE A COMPREHENSIVE PORTFOLIO

Creating a comprehensive child portfolio includes observational data and development strategies that is shared with the parents of the child, creating materials to use in the field, including displays, books, brochures, games, and presentations.
