Spice up your cooking repertoire and learn new recipes in this very fun Cooking Exploration class. Students will learn the basic fundamental skills every home cook needs to be successful and happy in the kitchen. Participants will eat well as they cut, chop, stir, mix, and assemble dishes. Topics will include appetizers, soups, salads, and main courses
This class meets on Mondays 6pm-9pm for 10 weeks starting March 11th with a break on April 22nd for BSD Spring Break.
