VT Digger features collaboration between VWW, BTC towards ending gender stigma in CTE
Check out this wonderful article “Rhoni Basden: End gender stigma in career and technical education” published in the VT Digger. Basden discusses the challenges of overcoming gender stigma in certain career fields, the positive impact of CTE education towards expanding opportunities across gender, and celebrates ongoing collaborations between Vermont Works for Women, Burlington Technical Center and other VT CTE centers. Kicking Off 2022 With Gratitude
Happy New Year, everyone! We are feeling grateful to be kicking off 2022 with such an exceptional group of students and staff. Our appreciation extends to the greater Burlington community, from all of us here at BTC. This past week, the morning class of our Health Sciences Academy wrote lovely thank you cards to our healthcare workers, as pictured here, and we’ll say it again: thank you! We are grateful for this community that cares for and sustains us, and we are looking forward to another great year.

We’re thrilled to be back at our BTC locations!
The school year is off to a wonderful start! We are so happy to have our students back five days a week at all of our five locations across the city of Burlington. Burlington Technical Center faculty and staff has worked tremendously hard to create wonderful, hands-on learning spaces for each program, and we are already so proud of all that our students have accomplished.
